WHO WE ARE
Mitzvah Kitchen is non-profit organization committed to cooking with purpose – bringing people together to nourish bodies, build community, and serve with heart.
Our mission is to create meaningful connections through the preparation and distribution of kosher meals to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across Miami-Dade County.
At the core of our work is the belief that a shared meal can unite diverse communities, uplift those in need, and inspire lasting change.
BE PART OF THE IMPACT
From community cooking events to private and corporate experiences, Mitzvah Kitchen creates opportunities to cook, connect, and give back.
Through hands-on experiences, we bring people together to prepare fresh, kosher meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity across Miami-Dade County.
Whether you're joining us as volunteer at a community cooking event, hosting a meaningful celebration, or engaging your team, every experience is rooted in purpose and impact.
Together, we're building a stronger, more caring community — one meal at a time.

VOLUNTEER WITH US
At our Community Cooking events, Mitzvah Kitchen brings volunteers together to prepare fresh kosher meals that are distributed to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across Miami-Dade County. Through partnerships with local organizations, every meal prepared in our kitchen goes directly to someone who needs it.

HOST A COOKING EVENT
Whether you're planning a birthday, graduation, or are looking for a Bat/Bar Mitzvah Project, Mitzvah Kitchen offers an experience that spreads joy far beyond the room. Together, your group will cook and package meals that will be donated to local organizations serving families experiencing food insecurity. Celebrate your special moment by giving back.

CELEBRATE WITH US
Whether you're planning a joyful celebration or an elegant gathering, Chabad Friendship Campus offers a one-of-a-kind venue that brings people together around great food and meaningful connection. Our social hall is beautifully designed for private events including bar and bat mitzvahs, baby showers, and receptions.
